Profound Broccoli: great duos

photography by purpleplaid

Hello Lovelies!!
I’m consistently impressed by duo bands. It’s this weird thing because am I so in awe that only 2 members can create the sound that might take others a full piece band to create? Or is it that maybe because the duo bands that seem to really work are so in tune with their music? I have never seen a duo band not have a kick ass time (or at least they give the impression that they’re super happy). Maybe I’m drawn to the idea of best friends making music together. Partners in crime extracting such awesome creative talent that it’s reminiscent of building forts and make believing anything is possible. Whatever the reason I thought it might be a good idea to share some of the duo bands that I dig. Do you guys have a fav duo band? I’d love to hear about it!

Happy Wednesday listening!!

No Hall & Oates or Tears for Fears? Guess I’ll let it slide this time!

Ooo!!!! Love it! Sorry Walzac, looks like DT went more contempo on yer ass! ;) Not sure if it would count, but I’d add She & Him only because I’m a Zooey-sexual.

Nice. My favorite is The Boy Least Likely To. They’re like my musical BFFs. And they know it.
