Maybe the setting is in a room that could be that of a young girls. She may be "18" or "barely legal" but the setting could still be a room of a 8, 10, or 15 year old girl. It might not even be that, but she might have pig tails in her hair or really cutesy girly socks on something. Anything to imply that she's young, naive, innocent.
