The Conformist by The Doveman

Seriously, be real quiet. I’ve got The Conformist by Doveman on…

This is beautiful. This is 2am, lights out, just a few candles on, just you and your baby, you know what I mean, kinda early in the relationship, when staying up until 2 or 3 or 4am when you have to be at work at 8am wasn’t really an issue, where you take turns between things being all hot & heavy & horny then quiet & intimate & sharing? You don’t really hear the music during the “triple H” moments, but when you’re both laying there, cuddled up, stroking each other’s hair, sharing moments & personal thoughts that you don’t share with just anyone, when the CD’s on it’s 4th or 5th time through and you could care less, when you both laugh about how at work you swear nobody knows, but you think that girl in accounting saw you both at the restaurant earlier. Great, now everyone’s going to know you guys are dating. And you both laugh and shrug and wonder if it should be lights out “for real” this time, then she shoves her lips onto yours and you think, “well, maybe just one more hour”….

Thank you for the Doveman songs. Not thank-you for the heavy handed, predictable Grey's Anatomy love scene the accompanied it. Save your indie jerk-off, hack writing for your journal and invest some time updating some old links to songs.

Dear Liam / Nom de Guerre… Thank you so much for commenting, I'm glad you are enjoying the mp3s! I'm very sorry my post seemed to upset you so much that you felt inclined to comment twice, adding the extra insults the 2nd time through. Good luck with your blog & have a great day!
